Getting BIGGER
Ever since her cousins came to town, Kate has been obsessed with "getting bigger"- it all began when she couldn't go down the big slide at the gym with Sofia and Lilian because she wasn't tall enough. In fact, this morning she woke and said, "I am bigger than this whole house". Here's what Kate had to say about this picture she drew yesterday.
Mom: Tell me about this picture, what is it?
Kate: Its my family...
Mom: Oh, which one is which?
Kate: The first one is Taylor. The next one is Mom. This one is Dad and his head is upside down. And the last one is Kate because I'm getting really big. See, I'm bigger than all of you.
Eggs for Easter
EGGS FOR EASTER

Kate and Taylor decorated Easter eggs OUTSIDE today... it was a gorgeous 80-degree Saturday. Though what made this extra special is that their cousins, "The Fia's", aka Sofia and Lilian, are in town for the weekend. Four little girls in one house...princesses, unicorns, horses, fairies, and chocolate (need I say more?)...
Above picture is of Lilian!
Happy Birthday Mom
Happy Birthday Mom!

Happy Birthday, Mom. I love you and hope you have a wonderful day.
We need an updated picture ... this is the best I could do.
Tay-le-po

The cutest little girl to ever wake from her nap...
I'm biased- I know...but, she's so fun to play with when she gets up because she is just so irresistibly happy. I just want to squish her! Don't mind the lips- she had a red popsicle before her nap.
Pre-school fun

Horsey, Horsey
Kate and Taylor had so much fun riding these ponies today. They also got to hold and play with bunnies, lizards, a chinchilla, a hedgehog, a parrot and a little brand-new puppy. The girls now want some pets around our house...
Old Man Winter...
... paid us a visit last night. For little kids, there is something so magical about waking up to snow in the morning, especially if you live in Texas. This was Kate and Taylor's first experience with snow, but Kate knew just what to do...build a snowman, make snow angels, and throw snowballs. The snow only lasted a few hours...a perfect winter.
